I made an order 8 months ago, the company has ignored my emails and i have no idea if it will ever arrive. This is a scam

Absolute trash of a company!

I’m halfway through a build and they stopped sending me anything but still took payments. Tried calling, tried emailing, all with no answer. Found out later through various websites that they have gone bust!

Absolutely disgraceful! I’m not alone in this, they have robbed other people and not contacted them in regards to their orders or what’s happening within the company. They should be ashamed of themselves but I doubt people like that feel shame.

Have a Star Trek XL collection. Sent my first ship (Akira Class). Then nothing but excuses and excuses on Facebook, then they deleted the FB account.

Two years on, still nothing at all. Don't believe the responses--they are all lies.

Order paid and never sent, refund asked and never received. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered from them 6 months ago and despite numerous requests I made during that time, I received no response. I am aware they are going out of business, but even 5 or 6 months ago they could have responded.

They went out of business and my husband has 3 incomplete builds. This company is trash. I can’t believe how much money we shelled out monthly and now there are 3 incomplete projects. They didn’t even email their customers to let them know.

Pre-Ordered an item, I would like to imagine it has arrived by now, but Eaglemoss cut contact with me after taking the money.

I have tried to contact them to no avail, I imagine just like with my email I will receive another automated response.

Take my experience for what it is but I do not recommend Eaglemoss.

I ordered 2 products from their store. They took so long to arrive, I emailed to the customer support, and to my confusion they vaguely answered the packages had been delivered. Only then I was provided with tracking numbers. After looking it up, both of the packages ended up at 2 different addresses non of which was mine. I emailed them again and they told me they'd resend new packages. It also took awhile so I looked up tracking number. To my disbelief, they got my address wrong again, 3 random people just got free toys, I got none. They has not responded to my last email for 2 months now. Luckily I used Paypal so I'm issuing a refund, what a waste of time and energy.

I pre-ordered 3 figurines at cost me 34.99 each, they have my money, but now I'll never get it back, so I'm nearly 105 euro out of pocket to a company that's going under. I emailed them continuously over the last 1.5 years, and at no time was there any indication that they wouldn't deliver. They led me down the path and then abandoned me without anything to show for my money. I paid with PayPal too, but my buyers protection only lasts 180 days, so no refund there either. It's a sad state of affairs when customers get ripped off by what will most likely be millions, and with a lot of customers with part built models! I'll never wait more than 180 days ever again, more trust a company past 180 days to deliver. Stay away from anything to do with Eaglemoss.

BAD BAD BAD that's all i have to say i've been totally ripped off by eaglemoss.
started the (legend of Batman series) then they extended the series (no notification) that's because they were running 20 odd books behind in my subscription they kept taking the money just no books.
i rang, emailed and did everything right and they just straightout lied.
now i'm 78 books into a 120 odd series with no prospects of ever getting my money back or the remaining books.
and if anyone decides to sue or create a class action against these scum bags let me know and i'm in.
